You could have a parasite. Like a worm. Seriously. Go see your doctor and be tested.
maybe you are insecure in your sexuality and need constant reinforcement. I would see a therapist if I were you.
You should talk to a doctor. You could have mono or something like that. I had mono, and I felt the same way.
